🚨 NEXT BRIDGE SAYS SEC AND FINRA HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO REQUESTS TO PRESENT SHARE EVIDENCE

August 27, 2026

Company says it sought direct meetings with federal securities regulators regarding what it believes is evidence of unauthorized Next Bridge shares created by U.S. broker-dealers.

Next Bridge Hydrocarbons has disclosed two additional unsuccessful attempts to engage federal securities regulators over the unresolved aftermath of the MMTLP trading halt.

On August 7, Chairman and CEO Greg McCabe wrote to the newly appointed Director of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement requesting a meeting to present what the company describes as evidence of unauthorized Next Bridge shares being created by U.S. broker-dealers.

After receiving no response, McCabe contacted FINRA on August 14, emphasizing that the broker-dealers at the center of the company’s concerns fall within FINRA’s regulatory jurisdiction.

According to Next Bridge, neither outreach has resulted in a response or a meeting.

The company now says it intends to explore all legal avenues available to it while continuing to seek a regulatory resolution.
